TEC - To Encounter Christ Inc. (also known as "Golden Boy TEC") is a Catholic apostolate that focuses on organizing weekend retreats for youth as well as adults in the Winnipeg (Manitoba, Canada) area.

TEC is endorsed by both the Roman Catholic Archdioceses of Winnipeg and of Saint-Boniface.

Golden Boy TEC has been putting on retreats since 1977. Our retreat weekends occur twice a year, and are held at The Catholic School of Evangelization, located 45 minutes south of Winnipeg in the town of St. Malo.
